Job Description
Bondora is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to lead and develop the second line of defence operational risk function. The role involves shaping and operationalising the risk management framework, ensuring safe growth and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will influence risk identification, assessment, and management across jurisdictions and business lines. Responsibilities include leading the risk function, developing policies, managing incident lifecycle, overseeing risk assessments, and providing management reports. The position is based in Estonia and requires deep expertise in operational risk frameworks, incident management, and stakeholder communication.
