Customer Consultant

Ruokaboksi has expanded to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We are seeking more people for the Czech and Slovak speaking calling team in Maikkula, Oulu. Language of work is Czech or Slovak. We will hire two more people for the customer advisor role in Maikkula. We also expect you to speak Finnish or English. No prior experience is required; we will train you. Over 180,000 customers in Finland, plus 50,000 in Estonia, Slovakia and Czechia, joining an international sales and customer acquisition team. The service provides pre-planned recipes and portioned ingredients delivered to the doorstep for weekdays. In the customer advisor role: 1) take care of existing customers in Czech or Slovak and inform them about ongoing promotions and benefits; 2) contact customers by phone, answer questions, explain how the service works and help select the right box. You will join the 20-person Oulu Maikkula team responsible for nationwide sales and customer service in Finland, Estonia, Czechia and Slovakia.
