The YEK term can be completed at nearly all Satakunta social and health centers and locations, allowing work to be tailored to your preferences. Part-time work is also possible. The work involves primary health care reception duties, treating both acute and chronic patients. The days are varied, providing broad exposure to general medicine. The term also includes sector work, offering variety and skill expansion. We offer strong senior support and quality guidance in daily work – you will not be alone. Regular supervision discussions support your learning. Sector work is included, adding variety and opportunities to expand your skills. In Satakunta, you can focus on essential tasks and build your expertise with good support. The wellbeing region also offers the possibility to rent a room at an affordable rate in a dormitory, facilitating the start of work and daily arrangements. Qualifications include a medical licentiate degree and good oral and written Finnish language skills.
