South Hervanta and Hervanta home care services are located in the Hermia area with good transport connections. South Hervanta has three nursing teams and Hervanta has four nursing teams. The teams work in close multidisciplinary cooperation. As a practical nurse in home care, you will work in clients' homes. Your work is independent and mobile, and every day is different. Home care work is versatile and people-oriented care and nursing work. We also use technology to support our work, such as medication dispensers and picture phones. Why apply to us? What do we expect from you? You are a title-protected practical nurse (social services) or a basic care nurse. You have already successfully completed the LOVe medication management online tests. You speak and write Finnish fluently. Initiative and a positive attitude towards technology. A client-oriented mindset, good interaction skills, and a positive attitude towards development. Experience in home care for the elderly and a valid class B driver's license are considered an advantage. Start date in the permanent position is according to agreement. Working hours are full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning and evening shifts. The probationary period is six months. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, Subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the employment begins.
