Lash Technician/Branch Manager Järvenpää & Hämeenlinna Would you like to take more responsibility for the branch's operations and help maintain daily smoothness alongside client work? We are looking for an experienced beauty professional and proactive lash technician for both our Järvenpää and Hämeenlinna branches who wants to take responsibility for the branch's operations. This is not a full-time supervisor role, but additional responsibility alongside your own client work. Start date during autumn. What do we expect? As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the branch's daily operations. Your duties include monitoring the calendar, sales, and inventory, ordering products, guiding new employees, and reporting development areas and observations to management. You will also serve as the team's primary support for daily questions and participate in handling customer feedback and complaint situations as needed. You will also participate in a monthly video meeting for branch managers. We hope that you commit to representing KHV as your own professional brand. We want to build a strong and unified brand together. Therefore, for example, any professional Instagram account will be named according to the KHV brand (e.g., @khvname or another mutually agreed name), and marketing will be done as part of KHV's visibility. As a Branch Manager, you will be able to influence the daily operations of your own branch and develop it together with management. The Branch Manager role also includes separate compensation for the additional responsibility. For an employee, this means an hourly responsibility bonus, and for an entrepreneur, the opportunity for a higher commission level in the company's earning model (30-45%). You can directly influence your own income level through your own activity, number of customers, and sales. Base rent 100€ incl. VAT.
