Product Management Director
We’re hiring a Director of Product Management to lead Workato’s Platform, Security, and Enterprise Readiness strategy. This is a high-impact role focused on building the foundation that unlocks enterprise adoption at scale—from secure deployments and governance to compliance, observability, and global infrastructure. You will define how large, regulated, and global organizations confidently adopt Workato for mission-critical workloads. Responsibilities: - Identity, Access & Security: Define and scale authentication (SAML, SCIM, 2FA), authorization models (RBAC 2.0), and secure credential management (AWS, Azure, HashiCorp). - Enterprise Governance: Build governance models for centralized control, environment lifecycle management (Dev, Test, Prod), and deliver the Enterprise Command Center. - Observability & Auditability: Scale platform observability, log streaming to SIEM tools (Splunk, Datadog), and drive OpenTelemetry standards. - Developer Platform & APIs: Expand developer APIs for programmatic management and support enterprise CI/CD workflows. - Infrastructure & Deployment: Lead private cloud deployments, expand data centers for residency/sovereignty, and deliver disaster recovery. - Compliance & Enterprise Expansion: Support certifications (SOC2, ISO, PCI, HIPAA) and translate requirements into product capabilities. - Customer Management: Lead enterprise security reviews and influence CISOs and IT leaders. Requirements: - 10+ years of product management experience, focusing on platform, security, or infrastructure products. - Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms for large organizations. - Deep familiarity with identity and access systems (SAML, SCIM, RBAC). - Understanding of enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and governance. - Experience with observability, logging, and audit systems in distributed platforms. - Ability to work across engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance, and GTM teams. - Familiarity with SIEM tools and SOC workflows. - Experience with developer platforms or platform APIs. - Experience supporting global SaaS deployments across multiple regions. - FedRAMP certification experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Define and scale authentication capabilities (SAML, SCIM, 2FA) and authorization models (RBAC 2.0)
- Drive secure credential management via integrations with AWS, Azure, and HashiCorp
- Build governance models for centralized control and environment lifecycle management (Dev, Test, Prod)
- Deliver the Enterprise Command Center for visibility, governance, and capacity planning
- Scale platform observability, including centralized logging, audit trails, and OpenTelemetry standards
- Expand log streaming integrations to SIEM tools like Splunk and Datadog

- Lead strategy for private cloud deployments and cross-region backup and disaster recovery
- Partner with compliance teams to support SOC2, ISO, PCI, and HIPAA certifications
- Serve as product leader in enterprise security reviews and influence C-level security leaders
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platform, security, or infrastructure products
- Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms used by large organizations
- Deep familiarity with identity and access systems, including SAML, SCIM, and RBAC models
- Understanding of enterprise security, compliance frameworks, and governance requirements
- Experience with observability, logging, and audit systems in distributed platforms
- Ability to work across engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance, and GTM teams
- Ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into simple, scalable, and adoptable product experiences
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and SOC workflows
- Experience building or managing developer platforms or platform APIs
- Experience supporting global SaaS deployments across multiple regions
