Construction Logistics Worker

We are looking for motivated and experienced construction logistics workers for industrial construction sites in Lahti. The role includes receiving and unloading building materials and ensuring smooth on-site logistics. As the go-to person, you will be responsible for safety on site and for staffing, and you will act as a key link between site management and the worksite. Success in the role requires the ability to manage holistic tasks and to act responsibly in changing situations. We hope you have prior experience in construction logistics; having acted as the go-to person is an advantage. The job is physically demanding, so good fitness and a proactive attitude are important. We also value initiative and a desire to develop in the field. For good performers, there is a long-term position. We offer fair pay according to the collective agreement and proper work gear suitable for varying weather conditions. There is a chance to develop skills in the construction sector and take on more responsibility. Requirements include a positive attitude and motivation for work, experience in different construction logistics tasks, a valid safety card, good physical condition, reliability and good communication skills, fluent Finnish, and forklift or telescopic handler driving experience is considered an asset.
