Responsibilities
- Team management: direct supervision of the site's quality engineers, guiding their day-to-day work, resourcing, and areas of responsibility
- Quality management & processes: maintaining the project’s Quality Management Plan (QMP), approving Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and managing non-conformance processes (NCR / punch list)
- Commissioning & handover: participate in quality gates of system commissioning (Commissioning Levels 1–5) and ensure high-quality handover documentation (As-Built)
- Reporting & stakeholders: lead QA/QC meetings and report on quality status to management, main contractor, and international client (Finnish and English)
Requirements
- Relevant technical education (e.g. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building services/construction engineering)
- Strong proven experience from data center projects or comparable high-demand industrial sites
- Experience in supervisory work and team leadership in a demanding site environment
- In-depth understanding of building services installations (electrical, HVAC, automation, cooling) and cleanliness and dust control (P1 / ISO 14644)
- Excellent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English
