
Mechanical Project Engineer
My client is currently looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer to join their growing team in the Rotterdam/South Rotterdam region, Netherlands. The client is particularly interested in candidates with a mechanical bias in the Oil & Gas industry, who has experience working with process equipment such as piping, pumps, P&IDs and skid packages, as well as project management skills. The client is an equipment manufacturer, working on process equipment for end client operators in the Oil & Gas industry. THE CLIENT WILL CONSIDER PERMANENT CANDIDATES, NOT FREELANCE – English Speaking START: ASAP LOCATION: Rotterdam/South of River Rotterdam region, Netherlands SALARY: €4,500 - €6,000 per month + 8% + package The role would be for four days in the office and one day remotely each week Mechanical Project Engineer Project Engineer with Mechanical Engineering bias Working history in the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Power or highly regulated industries Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ATEX, API, ASME, etc. Experience working on the design and engineering of process equipment such as pumps, piping, skid packages, and P&IDs Worked with standard design software Inventor, Solidworks or AutoCAD (or similar) Fluent English essential The client has advised they give the option for flexible working hours and a hybrid working pattern, with one day a week from home available. There are 38 days of leave available (25 annual leave + 13 ADV).
