WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALESPERSON FOR GROLLS KOTKA Would you be interested in working in a large, growing, and developing Nordic organization whose goal is to be an unbeatable partner for its customers and staff? We work weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30. NEW OPPORTUNITY AS PART OF A CLOSE-KNIT TEAM This position opens up as our current salesperson moves to new duties within the company. We want to offer our employees opportunities to grow and develop in their careers – now we are looking for their successor for the Grolls Kotka store. In the Kotka store, you will work as part of a small and close-knit team where we help each other and ensure that workdays proceed in a good spirit with a positive attitude, even during the busiest seasons. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? In this role, you will work diversely with sales, customer service, and daily store tasks. Your days will consist of serving customers, handling products, and printing work clothes. During peak season, up to 100 customers who value good service visit our store daily, so there is plenty of pace and variety in the workdays. YOUR DUTIES INCLUDE: * Customer service and sales in the store * Taking care of product display and store cleanliness * Receiving, shelving, and inventorying goods * Performing textile printing WHAT KIND OF PERSON DO WE BELIEVE WILL SUCCEED AND THRIVE IN THIS ROLE? You will succeed in the role if you enjoy customer service and sales, enjoy varied workdays, and can stay in control even in busy situations. You are a self-motivated team player who takes on tasks actively and meets both customers and colleagues with a positive attitude. Previous experience in sales will help you get up to speed quickly. Knowledge of workwear and personal protective equipment is an advantage, but the most important thing is an interest in learning new things. Various IT systems are used daily in the role, so you adopt new systems smoothly.
