Resand: Installation Supervisor

Resand is looking for an Installation Supervisor for international equipment deliveries! **Job Description** As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Resand's sand reclamation equipment at customer sites internationally. In your role, you will lead an experienced installation team in cooperation with the team leader/foreman. You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is installed according to plans, safely, and on schedule. Your daily work consists of coordinating the installation, monitoring electrical measurements, ensuring technical solutions, and maintaining contact with Resand's design teams. The work includes assignments lasting approximately 5–6 weeks, primarily in Europe, so the position requires a high willingness to travel. The role combines project supervision, problem-solving, and technical dialogue with various stakeholders. **Who are we looking for?** You may be the person we are looking for if you have a few years of experience in industrial installation and commissioning tasks, as well as a good understanding of electrical and automation technology. We value a practical and safety-oriented approach, as well as the ability to make independent decisions in varying project situations. The start date is as soon as possible, for example, during September. Resand's site is located in Nuutajärvi, and we hope you have the possibility to work occasionally from the site as part of a flexible hybrid model. The position also requires international travel readiness. The salary for the position is approximately €4,500-5,800/month depending on your experience and will be negotiated individually.
