Welcome to join us in Inari home care! We are seeking a registered nurse for a substitute position in Inari home care and the Koivikko community housing service home. Preferred start date is immediate, ending on September 30, 2026. In Inari, home care is provided in the villages of Ivalo, Inari, and Sevettijärvi, as well as in the community housing service unit at the Koivikko Service Center. Your role as a registered nurse will be to be responsible for the planning, implementation, evaluation, and development of rehabilitative nursing care and services for home care clients. As a nurse, you will take responsibility for nursing decision-making in various, sometimes demanding clinical situations and varying work environments. The work emphasizes independent decision-making, self-direction, and planning of one's own work. Your days are structured according to the service needs of the clients, so the content of the work varies daily. Planning, implementing, and evaluating the client's medication therapy in cooperation with a physician are among your key tasks. The work involves active interaction with clients, relatives, the work community, and partners. In home care, you will work holistically for the benefit of the client by organizing diverse services. WHAT DOES THE POSITION REQUIRE FROM YOU? - The right to practice the profession of a registered nurse as a licensed professional. - The position requires a valid medication dispensing permit for registered nurses. - Fieldwork in home care requires a driver's license and the possibility of using your own car.
