You are a qualified early childhood education teacher who wants to perform their work professionally, taking children's learning and insights into account. You are responsible for the pedagogy of your own group, guide children's learning, and participate in the development of the daycare center. You utilize AI and digital tools to support planning and evaluation, but your most important tool is yourself—an early childhood professional who brings their own expertise to the team and recognizes children's needs and opportunities.
