Online Store Picker

This application is for individuals who already have at least three (3) months of experience in online store picking and unloading shipments in a grocery store within the last 3 years. Work begins in week 33 and continues at least until the end of September; extension is possible. Working hours are primarily weekdays 6:00–13:00, although weekend shifts are possible. The work of an online store picker is versatile, hectic, and requires precision. Customer orders are picked and packed at a brisk pace, with multiple orders per day. The picker's work requires accuracy, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple things simultaneously. Products must be fresh, dates must be correct, and products must always meet the customer's wishes. The work is physically demanding due to lifting and moving heavy products. By the end of the workday, an online store picker's step counter easily shows over 20,000 steps! The work therefore requires good general fitness. Online store picking is done at a brisk pace, but with a positive attitude! Customer service is a very important part of the picker's work, as picking is most often done while the store is open, meaning customers are acknowledged and helped during the picking process. Days go by quickly working with a great picking team and customers! What do we expect from you? Prior experience in a grocery store is a requirement for this search. For the job, you need fluent Finnish language skills, and we expect you to be at least 18 years old.
