BDO Finland is seeking an IT intern to start in October 2026 in Helsinki for 5–8 months. The IT intern will join the DITA team (Digital, IT & Analytics) under the IT director, in a five-person infrastructure team handling the whole BDO Finland IT support, hardware environment and security. You will work in a Microsoft-based IT environment with Microsoft 365 -applications, Entra ID, Intune and Windows 11. You will also work with iOS and Android devices and ticket management in Zendesk. Duties include handling and resolving support requests, user guidance and on-site/remote support, troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows, iOS and Android devices, management of user accounts and access rights, maintaining IT documentation, lifecycle management of devices, and participation in internal development projects. The role offers opportunities to deepen IT expertise in an international professional organization.
