Semi-trailer Driver

Semi-trailer Driver We are looking for an experienced semi-trailer driver for the transport of gravel, crushed stone, soil, and asphalt rubble in the Helsinki metropolitan area and the Uusimaa region. The work consists of transporting soil to construction sites, receiving points, and recycling sites. Success in the role requires experience in driving semi-trailer combinations and handling trailers in varying construction site conditions. We especially value experience in similar earthworks transport and a good understanding of construction site traffic and the safe use of equipment. We expect the driver to be able to work independently and carefully, and to have an understanding of the safety of loading, load placement, and unloading. It is important to be able to assess construction site conditions, taking into account soft ground, tight working areas, and other machinery and pedestrians. Experience in tipping in various terrain conditions and risk identification is considered a significant advantage. The job also requires daily monitoring of equipment, proper covering of loads, and careful adherence to working and driving time regulations. We hope for a professional customer service attitude from the applicant, as the role involves daily interaction with site management, machine contractors, and other partners.
