We are seeking a skilled site engineer for our client in the Turku region to work on diverse construction projects in Southwest Finland. Your work will start at daycare construction sites in the Turku area, with potential to continue on other exciting projects. In this role you will contribute to on-site management with your experienced team, taking responsibility for site planning, cost tracking, change orders, scheduling, and procurement preparation. You will also handle tasks related to project invoicing and ensure implementation of quality-system procedures. The exact scope will depend on your expertise and the distribution of duties within the site organization. You will work on site as part of a team and report to a site manager. Your workplace will initially be daycare sites in Turku and work is set to begin in September. We expect you to have prior experience as a site engineer, to be proactive, organized, and responsible, and to maintain multiple tasks to completion in a structured, quality- and cost-conscious manner. Suitable construction-related education (construction foreman, engineer or master’s degree), ability to read plans, strong command of common office software, and familiarity with BIM-based tools are valued. Preference is given to experience with school and/or daycare construction and with environmental certifications. We offer a friendly, growing organization in Southwest Finland, with compensation based on your skills and experience (about 3,500–4,300 EUR per month).
