Job Description

Join as one of the first dedicated Sales hires at Lightdash, building out our GTM team. Lightdash is an open-source BI tool that turns your dbt project into a full-stack BI platform. We help data teams build data-driven companies for better, faster decisions. In this role, you'll demo products, build customer relationships, and help establish scalable sales processes. You will bring leads from open-source ecosystem, run product demos independently, own the full sales cycle, provide customer feedback, contribute to sales collateral, and test new sales approaches. Requirements include 3+ years of technical B2B startup sales, strong analytical and documentation skills, excellent communication, and experience with $20k-100k+ ACV deals. Nice to have: curiosity in data and analytics, outbound prospecting experience.
