Welder-Assembler

We are looking for a welder-assembler for our client in Riihimäki to assist an experienced welder. You do not need to be a fully qualified professional. This position is suitable for a welder or installer at the beginning of their career who has welding experience and, above all, the right attitude. JOB DUTIES - You will work as a welding assistant at a factory producing steel structures in Riihimäki. You will learn the profession in practice alongside an experienced welder. - Assist the welder in daily tasks - Perform simple MIG/MAG welding according to work instructions - Assembly of metal structure parts into wholes - Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation - Perform general workshop tasks as needed REQUIREMENTS - Basic knowledge/understanding of MIG/MAG welding - Energetic, proactive work ethic and genuine motivation to develop - Fluent Finnish language skills - Readiness for 2-shift work CONSIDERED AN ADVANTAGE - Experience in similar tasks and/or an industrial environment WE OFFER - A clear role as part of a professional team - Full-time work - Starting date agreed upon together HOW TO APPLY Submit your application via Barona Careers and attach your CV.
