Mad House Helsinki and the Reality Research Center merge to form a new performing arts organisation. We are seeking an Artistic Director to shape the organisation's artistic direction, programming and artist relations, and to develop national and international networks in collaboration with the Managing Director and team. The role leads programming and participates in funding, communications and strategic development. Requires experience in performing arts and strong curatorial vision; English fluency required; Finnish and Swedish helpful. 50% contract (18.5h/week) for 2 years with a 2-year option.
