About the role

We are seeking an Equipment Manager for heavy equipment for our client in Helsinki. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational reliability of the company's equipment, coordinating maintenance, and performing minor maintenance and repair tasks. The fleet includes, among others, panel vans, box trucks, as well as vacuum and pressure flushing trucks. The job is suitable for a person who enjoys independent, responsible, and practical work. You will work in close cooperation with drivers and maintenance partners to ensure that the equipment remains safe and operational. The job description includes handling fault reports, organizing maintenance and inspections, as well as practical maintenance and upkeep tasks. Additionally, the role includes small-scale facility maintenance tasks, which provide pleasant variety to the work. However, the primary focus is on heavy equipment. We value technical interest, a proactive approach, and a desire to develop your own skills. Previous experience working with heavy equipment or utility vehicles is considered an advantage.
