As a Practical Nurse/Instructor, you map residents' resources, identify their needs for assistance, and plan, implement, and evaluate residents' functional capacity and care together with the residents. With your effort, the residents of Attendo homes enjoy a good, high-quality everyday life. What will you be doing? - Supporting residents' individual everyday life and inclusion - Enabling a meaningful and purposeful life - Working with a rehabilitative and goal-oriented approach The position is fixed-term until 31.12.2026. The work is 3-shift work and we can agree on the start date with you. What do we require from you? - Vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) - Vaccination protection as referred to in Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment relationship - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract for employment lasting over three months (when working with minors, the elderly, and disabled persons) Practical Nurses/Instructors are warm-hearted team players who take bold action and are inspired by new ideas. The salary range for the position is €2,300 – €2,800 / month (basic salary). Please note that we are a smoke-free workplace.
