CNC machinist position in Rauma for mold-making. We are seeking a self-driven person for our client to work in a non-mass production environment focused on high-precision molds. The role requires attention to detail and collaboration in a team, with responsibility for own tasks. The company aims to develop the candidate into a specialty in the field, provided basic potential is present. We welcome applicants who are early in their career or seeking new challenges. If you are meticulous and proactive, we want to hear from you. The work is mainly day shifts, with willingness to work shifts as needed. Responsibilities include interpreting CAM programs and contributing to precision manufacturing. Requirements include patience, accuracy, understanding of micro-mechanics, prior CNC machining experience, and ability to fit into a tight team.
