HVAC maintenance technician

Do you want to do hands-on work where your expertise is visible in functioning and safe buildings? ARE, a hundred-year family business, offers a place in our facilities services. We are now seeking an HVAC maintenance technician for a permanent position in our property services. As an HVAC maintenance technician, you will perform LVV and IV maintenance, modification and repair work in our client properties. Your day will consist of maintenance and fault calls, and small installation tasks at varying sites, and you will mainly work on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. You work independently at the customer interface and collaborate with colleagues and other professionals as part of a skilled facilities team. In our facilities, we take care of the building services for shopping centers, hotels and office buildings, ensuring they operate reliably, energy-efficiently and provide comfortable conditions for their users. We value your ability to help colleagues when needed and to work as a team. ARE offers a community of professionals, good onboarding and varied tasks that strengthen your expertise as part of everyday work. We also support learning with independent study, apprenticeships and a wide online course selection. In addition, we provide comprehensive employee benefits such as occupational health services, sports and culture benefits and accident insurance during leisure time. Interested? Please send your application by 23 October 2026. For more information, contact Area Manager Niko Stengård at 050 340 3517 or niko.stengard@are.fi.
