Seasonal position in online store customer service. Responsibilities include guiding and advising customers by phone, responding to email inquiries, assisting customers via chat, and managing the telephone exchange. The role is based at the customer service center adjacent to the Ylivieska department store. It is a fixed-term position until the end of 2026 with onboarding as per agreement and start as soon as possible. Work is 2-shift within store opening hours, 37.5 hours per week.
