We are looking for two ambitious car salespeople, or CUPRA Masters, for our CUPRA tribe to build a completely new CUPRA Garage in Herttoniemi, Helsinki. The location opening in November offers a rare opportunity to create an operating culture, customer experience, and success from the very first day. You will work in one of Finland's most modern car retail environments as part of the new K-Auto Helsinki premium brand entity. The CUPRA range has been renewed and has grown strongly in recent years: our selection includes modern fully electric cars, plug-in hybrids, and internal combustion engine options. CUPRA is also one of the fastest-growing car brands in Europe. In 2025, CUPRA won the national AutoBild Finland Service 1 purchase study, which tells of the central role of customer experience in our operations. We expect this to continue. You will succeed in the position if: You have a hunger for sales and enthusiasm to develop your own skills. As a CUPRA Master, you are responsible for building your own customer relationships and maintaining the customer experience throughout the sales process – from the first encounter to the delivery of the car. You work with both consumer and corporate customers and actively utilize digital channels in your sales work. We expect from you: - Ability and desire to exceed targets - Previous experience in sales and a genuine hunger for sales - A trust-inspiring customer service attitude and good communication skills - Fluent digital skills and the ability to utilize technology extensively in sales work - Ability to lead your own work and act independently in several customer situations and act as a team member - Good oral and written Finnish language skills, English language skills are considered an advantage - Valid B-driver's license - Positive, brisk and entrepreneurial attitude Previous experience in car sales is considered an advantage, but the most important thing is the right attitude, sales hunger and desire to succeed.
