Job Description: Join DEXIS, part of Envista, as a Market Development Product Manager. In this role, you will drive growth across Emerging Markets (LATAM, APAC, and MEA) by identifying expansion opportunities, enabling localized go-to-market execution, and accelerating adoption of the imaging portfolio. This role focuses on market expansion, demand generation, and commercial capability building aligned with business goals. The position is based in Tuusula. Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the growth of our Emerging Markets by translating strategy into tangible results across priority countries. You act as a key partner to regional stakeholders and drive market development through data-driven insights and strong commercial execution. Your key responsibilities include: Defining and executing regional market development strategies and identifying high-potential markets Developing and localizing go-to-market approaches (segmentation, pricing, channels, training) Driving demand generation through KOL engagement, clinical education, and digital campaigns Strengthening distributor performance and expanding channel partnerships Leading forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI-driven actions Contributing to product roadmap decisions and regional launch planning Enhancing installed base utilization through services, software, and ecosystem adoption Collaborating with Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely product registrations in priority markets You will succeed by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution—building scalable playbooks, driving market share growth, and delivering measurable business impact across diverse markets. Job Requirements: We are looking for a commercially driven, strategic professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution.
