Job Description
As the Pre-Sales Manager for the US Financial Services team, you will lead a team of approximately 12 Pre-Sales Consultants. Your focus will be guiding the team to partner with Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations, lead product demos, discovery calls, and tailored workshops, translate client challenges into compelling use cases, collaborate with support, sales, product, and content teams, and maintain a consultative, user-first mindset. You will manage a team of 12+ Pre-Sales Consultants, coach and mentor them, evaluate resource models, report on team performance, and build relationships with cross-functional leaders. The role requires a data-driven, team-oriented leader with 5+ years of sales or client success experience, including 2+ years of people management, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach. The base salary range is $135,000 - $150,000 USD, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
