Surface Treatment Worker

We are seeking two **surface treatment workers for permanent employment** at our machine shop located in Joutsa. Our production is growing strongly, and we are looking for new experts to strengthen our surface treatment team. In your role, you will be responsible for the surface treatment of containers, steel frames, and other metal products. Your duties include, among others, grit blasting, spray painting, and other surface treatment work. The work is versatile and requires diligence, initiative, and high-quality workmanship. Work is primarily performed during the day shift, but we hope for flexibility for shift work if necessary. We hope for: - Previous experience in industrial surface treatment. - A vocational qualification in surface treatment or other suitable training. - An independent, responsible, and professional approach to work. - Good physical condition. - Good Finnish language skills. - Problem-solving skills and good cooperation and teamwork skills. - Commitment to the job and a desire to develop your own expertise.
