What do we expect from you? * Experience in construction tasks (those at the beginning of their career are also considered) * Motivation, reliability, and initiative * Proficiency in Finnish * A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential Construction industry pay is determined according to the Construction Industry Collective Agreement (TES): 12.24–19.34 €/h. The pay level is based on your skills, experience, and the complexity of the project.
