Customer Advisor, Service Punkt Vasa We are seeking a Customer Advisor for our Service Point in Vaasa who can meet customers in person and through multiple service channels, handle cash services and daily banking tasks, and provide professional advice to resolve customer needs from start to finish. Working hours are mainly 9–17 with flexibility across channels. Requirements include fluent Swedish and Finnish, customer service experience, interest in or experience with the financial industry, a suitable university degree, and APV1 (meritorious).
