Are you passionate about developing customer experience and sales? Do you have a desire to explore and build data-driven concepts for stores and customers? Can you work under pressure? We are looking for a fixed-term development manager for about a year as a parental leave replacement at K-Rauta to design solutions that shape the future customer experience and support our customers' success. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for designing and developing the concept packages of B2B customer sales in close cooperation with knowledgeable colleagues at K-Rauta. We work in a flexible hybrid model, including weekly on-site days at our headquarters in Helsinki Kalasatama. You will lead and implement designated development projects or parts of them, conceptualize and shape data-supported sales and customer experience solutions and tools, and support their implementation in stores. You will work closely with internal stakeholders at Keskon, K-Rauta merchants, and external partners, influencing the future of business and building customer-oriented solutions that support growth and competitiveness. Your tasks include developing business-oriented corporate customer concepts and sales tools, managing projects in a matrix organization, developing and documenting services and operating models supporting growth and competitiveness, and designing, implementing, and analyzing customer and market research. We expect you to have commercial thinking and good business understanding, especially in B2B environments, project management skills, excellent communication and influencing skills in Finnish and English, analytical thinking, the ability to handle data and draw conclusions, an independent, precise, and solution-oriented work approach, and the ability to develop things in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Suitable education in commercial, technical, or design fields, and occasional travel readiness within Finland.
