We are looking for a shift leader in Tampere! Job description We are seeking a kitchen shift leader for Tampere city center. The work includes all kitchen tasks, including shift planning, personnel management, ordering, and self-monitoring. The restaurant relies on high-quality ingredients, sourced from local producers whenever possible. The role combines lunch and á la carte kitchen duties, with varying challenges every day. All food is served as plated portions. Work is performed in a team where good community spirit and efficient cooperation are key. Shifts are from Monday to Sunday, with both day and evening hours. Full-time hours are available, and the employment contract is signed as a permanent position with Henkilöstöliiga. Work begins according to the agreement by the end of August at the latest, but potentially immediately once a suitable person is found. What do we expect? We hope you have several years of experience working as a chef in a bistro/fine-dining level restaurant and strong experience in supervisory roles within the restaurant industry. You are able to take responsibility for your own work. It is important that you can grasp the big picture in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
