
Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator will coordinate IFS Academy’s training, digital learning and certification activities across IFS employees, partners and customers. This includes managing digital learning, instructor-led training, learning plans, training events and learner support through the IFS Academy LMS and other digital tools. The role will also focus on using AI, automation and new technologies to improve learner experience, operational efficiency and existing processes, while working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality training services. Coordinate training, digital learning and certification activities, including digital, virtual and classroom learning; Manage learners, training plans, learning pathways, training schedules and LMS activities; Support learner onboarding, training environment access and Academy Mailbox queries; Build effective relationships with IFS teams, customers and partners; Manage and coordinate training events and maintain the Academy training calendar; Use AI, automation and digital tools to improve training operations and learner experience; Identify opportunities for process, system and operational improvements and support their implementation; Work with technology teams to resolve system issues and enhance Academy systems and processes; Support training data, reporting and certification activities; Furthermore, the following skills and behaviors are also expected: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; Customer-focused with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently and collaboratively; Strong interest in technology, AI, automation and digital learning; Ability to learn new systems, technologies and processes quickly; Proactive and continuous improvement mindset; Active listening, empathy, follow-up and accountability; Live our values: Agile, Collaborative, Trustworthy; Qualifications: Essential: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, Business Information Systems, Human Resource Management or a related discipline, with 1-3 years of relevant experience; Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; Good understanding of business processes and an ability to quickly learn training and digital learning processes; Basic technical aptitude and ability to work with business applications and LMS platforms; Strong interest in AI, automation, digital tools and emerging technologies; Ability to work effectively with internal teams, customers and partners; Desirable: Experience working with an LMS or enterprise business applications; Experience coordinating physical, virtual or digital learning programs; Experience with AI, automation, data/reporting or digital productivity tools; Experience identifying and implementing process or system improvements; Experience in technology, SaaS or software environment; Previous experience in training coordination, digital learning or L&D would be an advantage; Additional Information: We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, Business Information Systems, Human Resource Management or a related discipline, with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business processes and an ability to quickly learn training and digital learning processes
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to work with business applications and LMS platforms
- Strong interest in AI, automation, digital tools and emerging technologies
