In 2025 we opened new Biltema stores in Kouvola, Porvoo and Lohja, in February 2026 in Hämeenlinna, and our growth continues — next Biltema stores are coming to Oulu, Joensuu and Kokkola in autumn 2026. We are looking for cheerful part-time salespeople (2 positions) to work both in the Biltema Café and on the shop floor adjacent to Raisio’s store. The positions are permanent and average working hours are about 15 h/week. In Biltema Café you will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and prepare and present the café items attractively. While working as a salesperson on the department store floor, your duties include the typical salesperson tasks: customer service in-store and at the service desk, cash handling, unloading, stocking and maintaining store cleanliness. We expect: sales and customer service orientation and good communication skills; being of legal age for our products; willingness to work all shifts: morning, evening and weekends; hygiene passport or willingness to obtain one (employer regularly provides hygiene passport training); experience in retail customer service and, preferably, café operation and cash handling; Finnish and/or Swedish language skills sufficient to serve customers in all service situations. We follow the Retail Sector Collective Agreement, so the hourly wage is determined by your experience and education (11.16 – 14.93 €/h).
