A junior claims lawyer focused on assisting clients in claims related to tort and insurance law. You will work in the Liability Claims Advisors team within Large, Complex & International Claims, handling national liability and defence claims for clients in Business and Industry, contributing to a proactive and collaborative culture while developing expertise in civil and insurance law. The role involves advising clients through claims processes, negotiating with opposing counsel and insurance companies, and collaborating with colleagues and specialists to assess the merits of claims and pursue best outcomes. The position offers opportunities for significant negotiation and project leadership experience, a supportive team, and a culture of innovation and client focus. You will be part of a team of seven, with close cooperation with the Liability Claims Experts and other internal teams. Start: by agreement. Location: Bergshamra/Stockholm. Requirements
- Swedish law degree or business law degree
- good communication
