Insurance Salesperson

We are now looking for target-driven and systematic salespeople to join Chubb's B2C insurance sales team. No prior insurance experience is required—we will train you for the role. What we expect is a positive attitude, sales drive, and a willingness to develop in the insurance sector. You will gain valuable experience in sales and customer work that you can use in your future career. You will contact B2C customers by phone according to customer lists and campaigns, assess their needs, and offer suitable insurance solutions from everyday accident insurance to added protection. Prior sales experience is welcomed but not essential; what matters most is genuine interest in sales and the desire to learn and grow in the insurance business. You will receive thorough training and ongoing support to develop your skills. The role emphasizes accuracy, listening skills, and following a sales script to build successful customer interactions. We are building an open, collaborative, and encouraging team where you can develop into a sales professional. Work hours are 30-37.5 h/week, primarily between 8:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. The job is based in the office with an option for partial remote work after onboarding. Salary is 12 €/hour base, with commissions based on sales results. The training period lasts one month and pays 85% of the agreed base hourly wage.
