As an instructor, you map residents' resources, identify their needs for assistance, and plan, implement, and evaluate residents' functional capacity and care together with the residents. What will you be doing? - Support residents' daily lives and participate in important moments with them - from baking to trips and celebrations. - Work as part of a multidisciplinary team where your work has a direct impact on residents' quality of life. Work may include: - Nursing work - Assistance with daily chores - Planning and implementation of joint activities The position is full-time and permanent. Work is 2- or 3-shift work, and we can agree on the start date with you. What do we require from you? - Vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) - Vaccination protection as per Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect clients and patients throughout the employment - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract for employment lasting over three months (when working with minors, elderly, and disabled) - Sote professional card (certificate card) Instructors are warm-hearted team players who take bold action and are inspired by new ideas.
