We are looking for excavator operators for our client companies for various earthworks and infrastructure construction sites in the Helsinki, Vantaa, and Espoo areas. Job duties consist of earthworks and infrastructure construction, such as earthmoving, excavation, foundation work, and various tasks related to machine contracting at construction sites. Tasks vary by site, allowing you to gain experience in diverse projects. Previous experience in operating an excavator is beneficial, but we are not necessarily looking for a professional with years of experience. You may be the right person even with limited experience. The most important things are an interest in the field, a willingness to learn new things, and an energetic and responsible work ethic. Work is primarily performed on weekdays during the day shift. Work starts as soon as possible upon finding suitable candidates, according to the agreement. We expect from you: - Some experience in operating an excavator - A desire to learn and develop as a professional in the field - A proactive and responsible work ethic - A valid occupational safety card - Proficiency in Finnish Considered an advantage: - Experience with machine control systems, although proficiency is not essential - A category B driver's license and the ability to travel independently to construction sites
