Sales Assistant for on-call work in the grocery retail sector We are looking for energetic and skilled on-call sales assistants for grocery retail tasks in the Turku region for the summer season! Job Description You will work in versatile sales assistant roles in our customers' locations in the Turku region. The work includes cashier duties, customer service, shelving, and product placement. Additionally, you will handle Veikkaus, Posti, and Matkahuolto services. The position requires previous experience in the aforementioned tasks, as you must be able to work independently from the start. No separate training for these tasks will be provided, so prior practical expertise is important. What we expect from you? We expect you to handle cashier duties independently and be able to operate smoothly in busy customer service situations. We value experience in handling parcel services and Veikkaus services, as the employee must be able to take over tasks quickly at different locations. We are looking for a person with a proactive and responsible work ethic and the ability to adapt flexibly to different work environments. Due to the customer service nature of the work, proficiency in Finnish is required, as well as the possibility of using your own car. Working Hours and Employment Work is based on a framework employment contract, and shifts may be offered on the same morning, so we hope for flexibility. Shifts are offered variably according to the needs of the client companies. Work locations are in the Turku region. Salary Salary is determined according to the retail sector collective agreement based on the demandingness of the task and experience. In addition to the base salary, possible evening, Saturday, and Sunday supplements are paid according to the collective agreement. How to apply?
