Working hours are mainly between 11:00 and 17:00. **Expectations for the Instructor role** - ability to manage a group with a positive and encouraging approach - interest in the field and a genuine desire to work with children and promote their well-being - ability to adhere to daily routines and work systematically with children - an adaptable work approach and stress tolerance in a fast-paced work environment, as well as a solution-oriented approach to everyday problems - desire to learn new things and develop professionally in the field of education - experience working with groups of children - Finnish language skills sufficient for daily educational discussions **Lead Instructor's duties** As a lead instructor of the after-school club, you are responsible for the safety and well-being of the children. In your work, you plan and lead diverse activities that support children's development. In addition to instructional work, the lead instructor's duties include responsibility for daily educational work, onboarding instructors, and collaborating with parents and the school. You also take care of daily routines and work systematically to ensure that every child has the best possible experience in our after-school club. Working hours are mainly between 11:00 and 17:00.
