We are currently seeking an excavator operator for a permanent position for our long-established and reputable client company. The company's successful operations are based on strong industry knowledge and the contribution of professional and responsible employees. The excavator operator's duties consist of diverse tasks, such as excavation for plots, municipal engineering, drainage/stormwater systems, and landscaping. Work is performed using both wheeled and tracked excavators. The primary working area is the Kouvola economic area. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently and carefully, producing high-quality results. You must also be proficient in 3D machine control. The position begins as soon as a suitable person is found via a fixed-term rental employment contract, after which the employee is intended to continue in the service of our client company on a permanent employment contract. Working hours are 40 h/week, between 07:00 and 16:00. As is typical for the industry, working hours may vary according to the phase of work, and overtime is therefore likely. Overtime compensation is paid. Salary is based on experience/professional skill. The position follows the infrastructure sector collective agreement.
