We are looking for a Data Scientist for Elo's Customer Analytics team, a role where data, analytics, AI, and Elo's strategy meet. Customer Analytics is part of Elo's Analytics Unit and plays a central role in supporting the growth of the insurance business and the creation of customer value through intelligent solutions. Analytics is at the heart of our new strategy, and in this role, you will influence how data and technology are used in business development. Our team develops and implements analytics solutions to support, among other things, customer acquisition and care, improving customer experience, developing services, and supporting decision-making. Customer understanding and understanding of Finnish companies are important to us. We utilize data, machine learning, and AI, and develop the data environment and tools in cooperation with ICT. We build analytics solutions on Azure, Fabric, and Databricks platforms using modern technologies. Continuous development of expertise, utilization of new technologies, and sharing of knowledge are important to us. Our working language is Finnish. Your Tasks In the position, you will analyze data, make forecasts, develop machine learning models and AI solutions, visualize results, and build analytics applications. You will operate as part of an analytics team where you will receive responsibility, but collaborative work is also important. You will work closely with the business, data engineers, and architects and participate in the design of new data and AI solutions. You will transform business needs into production-ready solutions and be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the solutions.
