Assembly Supervisor

We are hiring for underground drilling equipment assembly at factories in Myllypuro, Tampere, and Pirkkala in Finland for a fixed term until the end of 2027. In this role you will be responsible for daily production leadership, guiding employees, and achieving production targets. You have supervisory responsibility for a named department and will ensure the safety, motivation, and development of its workers. You play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production, quality and safety, and you will be responsible for scheduling, time tracking and efficiency. In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders such as product development, production planning and procurement. Some supervisory roles may include shift work. You are expected to have a solution‑oriented approach and a desire to improve existing operating models. You bring leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, are proactive, independent and able to work under pressure. The role requires strong teamwork, quick decision making and the ability to grasp broad concepts. You have education in the relevant field or comparable experience in an industrial production environment and experience in workload, capacity and schedule planning.
