About the role

We are seeking a German-speaking customer consultant to join an international project-based team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the friendly voice on the phone, email, or chat, answering questions, resolving small issues, and ensuring customers leave conversations with a smile. You will receive full paid onboarding and training, work with clear guidelines and helpful tools, and be part of a supportive team. You will work on projects with brands such as Nike, Spotify, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz, and have opportunities to learn from industry professionals and advance your career. We offer a flight to Portugal (often reimbursed or covered), a company-organised housing option or housing-search assistance in Lisbon, administrative support for banking, residency, and taxes, and a monthly salary ranging from €1,033.90 to €1,398.39 depending on position and experience. There is also potential for a monthly performance bonus. Regular team events and a dynamic, international environment are part of the experience. You should be fluent in German and able to communicate clearly in English, be flexible with shift work, have a high school-level education or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and hold a valid EU passport or residence/work permit for Portugal. Prior customer service experience is not required as comprehensive training is provided. Start your adventure in Lisbon and stay for at least 6 months.
