Salon Shift Supervisor

The role is a seasonal leadership position for a busy hotel/restaurant setting in Ruka. You will lead the daily operation of the salon/restaurant floor, manage staff schedules and ensure smooth shift handovers. You will uphold and develop customer service quality, collaborate with the kitchen and other team members, promote sales and upselling, and monitor compliance with hygiene and alcohol regulations. We expect experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector, supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Self-motivation and proactive attitude are required. Proficiency in Finnish and English; additional languages are a plus. An alcohol-handling certification (anniskelupassi) and a hygiene certificate (hygieniapassi) are required.
