Key expectations include solid experience with Yocto-based Linux development in embedded systems, kernel-level and device driver development, bootloaders, hardware bring-up and debugging, excellent C and C++ programming skills with adept debugging, practical Linux kernel experience, configuring and managing SoC peripherals and external hardware, understanding processor architectures and toolchains for embedded systems, ability to read schematics and datasheets, software architecture design experience and project management, fluent English (spoken and written), ability to produce clear technical documentation, strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills, and good teamwork. Rust programming experience is a plus. - Yocto-based Linux development in embedded systems

- Practical experience with Linux kernel
