We are seeking several refuse collection drivers for permanent positions in Vantaa The driver's primary task is the collection and transport of waste and recyclable materials for further processing using a compacting refuse vehicle. We offer you a versatile and varied role where every day is different. The work is independent and performed in two shifts, primarily on weekdays. We are looking for employees for either the evening shift only or two-shift work. The morning shift starts at 4:30 or 5:30, and the evening shift at 13:30. Work begins by agreement in September-October 2026 and lasts until the end of the year. We expect from you: - At least a Category C driver's license, driver's professional competence, and a digital tachograph card; a responsible, economical, and safe driving style - Sufficient physical condition to perform the tasks - A customer-friendly, cheerful, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work - Fluent skills in the Finnish language - Readiness to use the electronic systems required in the work Previous experience is a plus, but the most important things are the desire to learn and a proactive attitude toward work.
