Cost Estimator

We are seeking a Cost Estimator to join our Plant and Solutions Sales team in the Minerals Business Area. We offer solutions from test work and techno-economic studies to complete minerals processing plants and life-cycle services. You will be responsible for delivering the most accurate cost estimates about solution projects for sales and proposals teams to ensure the high financial performance of the projects. In this position, you will report to the VP, Global Solutions Sales. This position is mainly located in Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. Team you belong to You will join a team of Plant and Solutions Sales belonging to the Performance Solutions Function, dedicated to supporting the sales of the Minerals Business Area. The Plant and Solutions Sales team is acting as an integrator within Metso by promoting and driving the sales of complete minerals processing plants, together with more complex plant units in grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtration, to customers. Team consists of Sales Managers, Proposal Managers and Cost Estimators. Cost Estimators are responsible for compiling the most accurate cost estimates together with several internal stakeholders like proposal managers and technical specialists in the product lines, process metallurgists, and project delivery management.
