Location: Kajaani, Kainuu Employment type: Fixed-term until 09.08.2027, on-call employment contract (0-37.5h/week) Salary: According to the real estate services sector collective agreement pl 4 (13.88€) + possible bonuses Start date: 11.8.2026 / by agreement Working hours: Mainly Mon-Fri between 5:00-16:00, possibly also weekend shifts. A glimpse into your future workday We are now looking for on-call cleaners for our team at a government facility in Kajaani. In this role, daily tasks include maintenance cleaning in various types of buildings, such as cafes, accommodation, sauna, office, cafeteria, and meeting spaces. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to perform basic cleaning tasks, including floor waxing, window washing, and high-dusting. You may move within one area or between several different buildings during the day. You will be part of a team working together in the same area and will meet your colleagues during your shift – you won't be working alone! The team supervisor has extensive experience in the cleaning industry and will support you in both professional development and everyday situations. Due to the specific requirements of the site, a limited security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate, and passing it is a prerequisite for the start of employment. What does success in the job require? * A suitable degree or at least one year of experience in cleaning. Either a vocational qualification in cleaning and real estate services (including the maintenance cleaning services specialization) or a professional qualification as a facility manager / institutional caretaker * A Class B driver's license is considered an advantage * Fluent Finnish language skills (Fluency in Finnish is a requirement for this position) * An occupational safety card is considered an advantage * A positive attitude and initiative * Precision and reliability in work tasks Why work for Luotea?
